The AREF/IPD UK Pooled Property Fund Index measures quarterly total returns on a Net Asset Value basis. All of the funds included in the Index are collective investment schemes offering indirect exposure to the UK property market. EconLit is the foremost source of references to economic literature with citations and abstracts dating back to 1886. EconLit uses the JEL classification system and controlled vocabulary of keywords to index six types of records: journal articles, books, collective volume articles, dissertations, working papers and full-text book reviews from the Journal of Economic Literature. The database is updated monthly.
The Financial Times Historical Archive is a complete facsimile run of the world’s most authoritative daily business newspaper. Coverage commences with the first issue published 1888.
The GFDatabase provides data never before compiled into a single electronic format, spanning more than 200 global markets and extending coverage back to 1265. GFD create and generate their own proprietary data series while continuing to investigate new sources and extend existing series whenever possible. GFD supports full data transparency to enable users to verify financial data points, tracing them back to the original source documents.
The Global Financial Development Database is an extensive dataset of financial system characteristics for 203 economies. The database includes measures of (1) size of financial institutions and markets (financial depth), (2) degree to which individuals can and do use financial services (access), (3) efficiency of financial intermediaries and markets in intermediating resources and facilitating financial transactions (efficiency), and (4) stability of financial institutions and markets (stability).
